When the design proposals and quotation have been agreed and the contract signed you will be introduced to your Contract Manager. They will be in regular contact with you throughout the build process.
At this stage we will advise you of any preparations we require you to carry out before we start work and of the date we will be starting the project. When the project starts it will continue without interruption, weather permitting.
Each team of staff is lead by a foreman, who is either a qualified horticulturist or a tradesman, depending on the nature of the work to be carried out. All work is supervised closely by the contracts manager with site inspections at regular intervals by the scheme architect.
The Landscape Centre is third party quality and safety accredited and our priority is to build your new garden swiftly and efficiently, with minimum disruption to you during the process.
